Honestly I never really expect much from the Keg but this was a pleasant change from past experiences. The food tasted great and was hot when it arrived at the table. The server was perfect in both his timing and approach to our interactions. I would go back again
We had a reservation for four the night before Mother’s Day at 8 PM and were seated right on time. Due to the high demand, we waited about 40 minutes before anyone came by, no water or drinks yet. We flagged down a nearby server to check if we had been assigned a waiter, and shortly after, a manager came to our table to apologize for the mix-up. He immediately brought us drinks and complimentary appetizers and was incredibly professional and sincere. His approach really stood out- it’s rare to see such genuine customer service, especially on such a busy night. Even the general manager, and one of the cooks came out to check in and make sure we were taken care of and that the food was good. Once our server was assigned, service was prompt and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent. What started off as an iffy experience turned into one of the best thanks to the outstanding team and their commitment to making things right. We didn’t complain, just wanted to be checked in on and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location. Busy nights are tough to manage, but it’s clear the staff here genuinely care. Their professionalism and people-first attitude left a lasting impression. Thank you again!
We came on Valentine's Day right when they opened at 3PM. Our server's name was Gabbie. She was very well informed of what they had to offer, she was kind, and very professional. My partner is very indecisive, servers often get impatient with her. Gabbie, despite being very busy, she took her time to give suggestions and answer all of our questions. Her patience and attentiveness towards us made it feel like we were the only patrons she was responsible for that afternoon/evening. The staff supporting her, as well as the food, was also great! Will come back next year!
The Keg at Waterdown is exceptional of its customer services. Stacy was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent. The sirloin steak was cooked as requested. The Lobsters were at the dry side but still delicious. The twice baked potatoes are delicious. The bread is so fresh and served steaming hot.. I actually asked for a second serving! The caramel ice cream pie (Billy Miner Pie) was the best finale. Great experience!
Keg Waterdown was wonderful, the food and the service were excellent. The moment you walk in the door, the great hostesses (Sydney) and the serving staff Luis and others were all great, would definitely return again.
Celebrated my birthday there . Food was amazing. Prime Rib with Mushroom Rice was done to perfection. My hubbies choice was New York steak with baked potato. Green beans and beets. He said his steak was good but he has had better. And to top off the evening a huge slice of Billy Minor Pie. A huge slice served with a candle for my birthday. No charge on the pie by the way.. nice bonus.
We went for my sisters birthday and we’re not disappointed. Our server was amazing with a great suggestion for mocktails and dinner choice. They made our time there special. Food was delicious as usual.
Took my staff here for Christmas party -party of 10. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the brussel sprouts were a big hit. I did the Sirloin Oscar and had a mai tai to drink and cheesecake for dessert. Our server was lovely and attentive but not too much which is perfect. We were there till close and were able to get pictures by the fireplace which was great. A wonderful experience and worth the price!
